I am several weeks into my Anger Management classes and I actually don't "have" to go anymore. However; I enjoy them so much that I want to go. If I can learn just one way to be calmer, then it is a win win situation. I am reading a book right now called "Angry All The Time" by Ronald T. Potter-Efron, MSW, PH.D.
I have a journal that I write some important things down in from the book. I believe that writing them down on paper helps them to stick in my brain. I have been looking at other "self help" books too. I figure any way that I can improve my way of thinking is only helping myself and who better to help.
And that's were I am right now with the Anger Management classes.
